Dr. Petrica Rouse, DDS, MHS, FAGD

Dr. Rouse’s academic journey began at Cornell University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. She then pursued a Master’s degree at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the New York University School of Dentistry. During her residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, she gained advanced training in implant restoration, surgical extractions, endodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Committed to continuous learning, Dr. Rouse also completed the Implant MaxiCourse and holds an Invisalign certification, along with earning her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).

Throughout her career, Dr. Rouse has worked extensively in both public health and private practice settings, consistently striving to improve access to dental care for underserved populations. Her dedication to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care is central to her work at All Smiles of the Finger Lakes, where she aims to create a welcoming, inclusive environment that ensures all patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Rouse is passionate about serving the community and frequently volunteers on mission trips, focusing on providing dental care to those in need. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, training her dog, and losing herself in a good book. She also loves to talk about farming, despite never having owned a farm—unless backyard gardening counts!
